「出荷目安・入荷予定表示（Leadtime Display）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Tsumiki Appsが提供するShopifyアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いを説明します。

取得する情報

• ストア情報: ストアのドメイン、プラン、主要言語、タイムゾーン
• アプリ内で設定した内容（出荷目安のルール、締め時間、定休日・臨時休業、地域別の到着目安）

取得しない情報

• 顧客（ストアのお客様）の個人情報には一切アクセスしません（氏名・住所・メールアドレス・注文内容等を取得・保存しません）
• 商品ページの閲覧者の情報を取得しません。出荷目安を表示するテーマブロックは、ストアに焼き込まれた設定を読み取って表示するだけで、本アプリのサーバーへ一切リクエストを送りません。閲覧者のIPアドレス・位置情報・ブラウザ情報は取得せず、位置情報（Geo IP）やlocalStorageも使用しません。
• 商品データ本体を複製・保存しません。商品への書き込みも行いません（表示設定はストア所有のメタフィールドにのみ保存します）。

情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、出荷目安の計算と表示設定の保存のためにのみ利用します。

データの保管と削除

• データは Supabase（AWS 東京リージョン）のデータベースに保管します。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、ストアに関するすべてのデータを48時間以内に完全に削除します。
• ShopifyのGDPR必須Webhook（データ消去要求）に対応しています。

第三者サービス

本アプリはホスティングにFly.io、データベースにSupabase、エラー監視にSentryを利用します。これらへ顧客個人情報が渡ることはありません。

Leadtime Display (the "App") is a Shopify app provided by Tsumiki Apps. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Store information: store domain, plan, primary locale, timezone
• Your in-app settings (leadtime rules, cutoff times, regular/temporary closures, region-based arrival estimates)

Information we do NOT collect

• We never access your customers' personal data (names, addresses, emails, orders, etc.)
• We do not collect data about storefront visitors. The theme block that shows the leadtime only reads settings baked into your store and never sends any request to our servers. Visitor IP, location, and browser data are not collected; we use no Geo IP and no localStorage.
• We do not copy or store your product data, and we never write to your products (display settings are stored only in your store's own metafields).

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to calculate leadtimes and save your display settings.

Data storage and deletion

• Data is stored in Supabase (AWS Tokyo region).
• When you uninstall the App, all data related to your store is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
• We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks.

Third-party services

The App uses Fly.io (hosting), Supabase (database), and Sentry (error monitoring). No customer personal data is shared with these services.
